Great article! I would like to point out that EML2 is even closer to earth than EML1 in terms of delta V. It's counter intuitive but Robert Farquhar showed this decades ago.
amazing how people consistently overlook that its 25% the energy to reach geostationary earth orbit from the moon than from earth. even though its farther and takes longer.....its SO much easier.
